Publisher's Summary

H.P. Lovecraft's most famous story in an amazing audio experience!

“The Old Ones ruled the earth aeons before the rise of man. Traces of their cyclopean cities can still be found on remote islands, buried amid the shifting desert sands, and in the frozen wastes of the polar extremes. Originally they came to this world from the stars. They sleep now, some deep within the earth or beneath the sea. When the stars are right they shall again walk the earth.”

I could not listen

I found the narration to be so bad that I could not listen. Too many pronunciation errors, and the reader does not know how to phrase a sentence. Not worth listening to.

worst narrator ever .

huge emphasis on odd words, no emphasis where it is needed. emote non existent. pacing too fast yet all at that eager pace. pauses oddly every few words as if trying to mess the tempo of a (pause) sentence up (pause) to DE-LIB-ERATE-LY confuse you and annoy. mispronounces any slightly uncommon word even main characters names get butchered. every 50th word or so is weirdly emphasised or pronounced so wrong it's kinda funny (but not) also sound is off you can hear him inhale and spit his words. download the demo first and it gets worse as he goes on.
