Publisher's summary

The Brothers Synn is a fast-paced, high octane gay romance series featuring three ex-military brothers and the men who love them. This bundle contains all three books in the series, along with new special bonus content. In His Sights My intuition tells me Chris might not be as straight as he wants everyone to believe. It ain’t my job to get Chris out of the closet. But when he comes to me with one highly unusual request, it’s damn hard to remain professional. How can I turn down an offer to teach a “straight” guy a few gay tricks? Not His Man I don’t usually go for stuck-up nerdy guys, but Ford is full of surprises. He seems reserved at first, but that all changes once I have him on his knees. I don’t mind taking him home for another night or three, but anything more than that? No way. The problem is, the more I’m forced to see him, the more I realize he makes me feel alive in a way that nothing else does. Under His Watch I didn’t expect to run into Ryan at the gala. I didn’t expect he would try to hire me. And I definitely didn’t think I would say yes. But there’s no way I would let him go to one of the most dangerous places in South America without my protection. But now Ryan isn’t the only one who needs my help. We’ve found a little baby boy left alone in the jungle, and if we’re to get him out alive, Ryan and I are going to need to work together.

"romantic" scenes could use some help

Since others have already covered that virtual voice is difficult to listen to, I'll go with the writing/story. The characters have minimal development/depth, and the romantic scenes are very movie-like and unrealistic. Perhaps I wouldn't have cared as much with a real and good narrator, but it's a not-great across the board.

Loved the story

Really like this story. The characters were great. But virtual voice just really is not my cup of tea. I managed to get through all 3 of these but. I had a hard time at times distinguishing, which character was talking. Because there's no difference in the tones. No difference in the inflections. I just really don't like virtual voice

AI cannot replace a narrator who understands emotion.

This story of a family was fine. The narration although sounding like a human voice, could not bring the inflection and emotion needed to make a good story. I will not be listening to anything but flesh and blood storytellers from now on.

Virtual Voice

This is the 3rd book narrated by Virtual Voice that I have tried. I have been unable to finish any of them. The virtual voice is awful. There is no emotion in the story. It is like a monotone. It mispronounces words and just drones on and on. I hope this is not the way of the future.
