I thoroughly enjoyed this sweet love story. Two independent people meet & agree to a fling while trying so hard to NOT fall in love. Low angst, no triggers & narration was excellent. I'll definitely listen to this author again.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. It’s a sweet and steamy neighbors-to-lovers romance. Plenty of swoon, sweetness, and spice. Conner Crais and Vanessa Edwin narrate and did a fantastic job.

I loved this book! It had two strong characters, great chemistry, spicy romance, minimal angst and an HEA. Oh, and excellent narration!! I would absolutely listen to this book again!

The Boy Upstairs was my first book by Ms. Shelley and it will definitely not be my last. I really enjoyed this super cute and sexy story about a local bar owner/brewer and her hot upstairs neighbor. Sparks fly the moment they meet and despite their initial agreement, they became so much more to each other than they expected. They are so playful and fun and Derek is swoony!
Vanessa Edwin and Connor Crais are fantastic in this book.
