Feeling burnt out at work? In your mid to late 20s? Yeah, same.

In my funemployment break, I took some time to reflect on how I was feeling in my career and how I could prolong a refreshed, hopeful mind once I re-enter the workforce.

It can feel quite spoilt or privileged to talk about burn out, in a time where people are just trying to survive, get a job and earn a living. I'm thankful my experiences have exposed me to the other side, and I think many feel the same - now more than ever.

In this episode, I talk about defining burn out, the causes for it, the potential solutions and discuss the concept of a dream job.

Following up from last episode, we're kicking off the new year with a brand new Bliss Bakery episode. I wasn't going to do new years resolutions this year but then I got thinking, and I decided it wouldn't hurt. I've lived my whole life as an overachiever with perfectionist tendencies, and recently I've been coming to terms with what that means for when I'm not achieving anything. It's been tough on my mental health recently and reflecting on my journey to date has forced me to face what I've actually been doing with my life up till now.
