Well written and compelling

Kelly Boys is a great meditation teacher. This book, and her guided meditations on YouTube and the Waking Up app, are very worthwhile.

Great collection of research & real-life examples

Having read many of the same books and worked on a parallel path as Kelly Boys for over 20 years, I still relished the book and learned a lot about myself. That's a gift and I am grateful to Kelly for that.
