Billionaire Alexander Foxworth was in Spain, attempting to do damage control after his employee Emilio embezzled untold millions from Alexander’s company and then disappeared. Alexander had expected a meeting with the Torres Group. Alexander hoped to secure the contract for the lucrative castle-restoration project in Scotland, which would more than address Foxworth Enterprises' current cash-flow crisis.

But the meeting didn’t happen because Julio Torres apparently wasn't interested in doing business with Alexander; his scandalous playboy reputation was too much for a dedicated family man like Torres. His contact suggested Alexander’s reputation would be greatly improved if he would settle down and get married, and while it was the furthest thing from Alexander's mind, it did give him an idea: Hailey.

She was the beautiful, different, American tourist still getting over jet lag who he’d seduced on her first day in Spain. She'd be perfect for the job. If she was willing, and if he could find her.

Great characters

This was an enjoyable listen with really good characters. At times I thought it kind of dragged but it was still fun.
Meghan Kelly was great at bringing the characters to life with the narration.

Life is unpredictable, trust the journey…

This story is very interesting. It has a little bit of most genres. Here is love and betrayal, lies and build of trust, excitement, suspense and drama. The book keeps you on your feet entire time. Moreover, there is an exciting great ending with a surprise.

The narrator is great, every book she does it always a pleasure to listen. This book has many different main characters. They are of different ages and most of them have accents, yet she is able to represent it flawlessly.

What a great story

Enjoyable story and wonderful job by the narrator bringing this story to life. I will go back and read the other books.

Loved this book

I came into this series not having read the previous books and that did not matter at all. Haley and Alexander had so much chemistry they were characters that you want to get their HEA.

A GOOD LISTEN

Both the author and narrator were new to me so I couldn’t wait to dice in and listen to the story. Even though I had not read the previous two books in this series I had no problem at all in following the The Billionaire’s Triplets: The Fake Fiancee.

Meghan Kelly did a great job with the narration and was able to convey all the emotions I was feeling as I listened to this book. I also liked that she did a variety of voices for the characters and I found that she was easy to listen too.

I loved how brave Hailey was in jetting off into the unknown in search of her family and even though he was a bit of an arrogant jerk, Alexander really did come into his own whilst they were in Scotland.

The relationships that Hailey built with her sisters and mother as secondary characters in the book was heart warming and all in all this was an enjoyable book to listen too. When time permits I will go back and get the first couple of books in the series.

This was a great story which had me anxious to see how it all turned out. So much so that I was a tad disappointed that it stopped when it did. I would have loved to have known what happened to Alexander and Hailey as they went through her pregnancy and beyond. I hope that we find out in a future story.
