Refreshing story

Lawfully Pursued by Lorana Hoopes is a sweet, delightful romance. Jesse is a serious-minded member of a SWAT team. He’s religious and has no interest in superficial, frivolous women. Brie is a spoiled, rich young woman with no direction or ambition. When her father cuts her money supply off and insists she get a job, she thinks the world as she knows it has ended. And it has. Once she meets Jesse, she learns there is so much more to life than buying designer bags.
This was a refreshing story with important messages. I highly recommend it for the young adults of today who are lacking positive role models.
Sarah Sampino did a wonderful job with the narration. She handled both the male and female voices authentically.

Lawfully Pursued

The bored rich girls decide to make a bet. And Brie agrees to take on her friends challenge to hopefully get a date with her best friends brother at the end. The bet is to get Jesse to purpose marriage in a month. But Jesse is not at all what Brie is used to or expected. As they become friends and start to date, she starts to realize she may not really like the person she has been. Jesse shows her a new path and she starts to become the person she was meant to be. This is a short and sweet romance. Sarah Sampino does a lovely job with the narration.

Heavenly intervention?

Thoroughly enjoyable story about a spoilt little rich girl as she faces choices in lifestyle, career and family but a Hastily made bet may be her undoing . Well written and flowed smoothly.
Nicely narrated by Sarah Sampino.

When I bought this I didn't know it was so short. The narrator had no variation in her voice.

The power of a good heart

Wonderful story about a man with great faith and integrity inspiring hope, faith, and love in a woman who had relied only on her wealth and appearance. I was pleasantly surprised that, in spite of the H's dangerous profession, the story didn't require abduction, injury, or the death of side characters to move the plot along. The story shows how a good heart will make a person even more handsome/beautiful (not that either the H or h were unattractive). I love stories that don't require a large helping of stress, danger, or a long period of misunderstanding to get to the HEA.
