Decent story - could've gone a little deeper. Narration pretty good.

Great story - recording was bad.

I love this series. I had a hard time with this one because I could hear the narrator fidgeting with either the microphone or something in front of it. It's very subtle and probably most people can't hear it but I listen to stuff through my earphones and it took away from the story for me. Otherwise this is another great story by tetrault and I will listen to her books as they continue to come out.

Poor choice for narrator

This is one of those books that had to overcome really poor narration. Maybe Kelly Kamyrn (misspelled on the cover or by audible) would be good for children's books, but definitely not for a book that requires an adult sound. I said 'maybe' because her phrasing if very strange and she mispronounces a number of relatively easy words. My guess -- she didn't read the book before doing the narration. I like Miss Tetreault's writing so I hung in there. If I had a choice, I would have read this book rather than listened to this narrator.

Average

The story by itself lacks some serious drama. The narrator lacked the enthusiasm to help improve the quality of this book. I have read other books by this author and enjoyed them; this one seemed to not be as good.
