Pretty bad
I don’t write many bad reviews. This may in fact be my first. Overall, I respect the effort that goes into writing a book and don’t like to talk down other people’s efforts. This book however is not just bad, it’s misleading. Only about 15% of the book is about wholesaling and then other 85% of it could be called “common sense business practices” or Business 101. I listened to the whole thing waiting for the gems. They were not there.
