Really lacking compared to past entries.

the story was all over the place full of a bunch of little stories. They might have tied together but I may have not have paid attention enough. Overall just meh.

Great story

Great story. Keep them coming. Really dig the deep dives into the operators lives. Narrator is perfect for this story.

Great continuation of the G/E story

Fast and furious, truly enjoyed the continuation of the characters. Sometimes a little hard to follow the story shifts, but still great overall

The reader is almost as good as RC Bray. Like really good.

Was over quick! There is a part of me that feels like they know they got me hooked and are sifting through my pockets while I listen. Could be a bit longer. They seemed like they did that last season too where they rushed a bunch in KTF which still could have been one bigger book but they make more money by splitting it into two books. I don’t mind paying more for a bigger book. But just settling in to the new episode and bam it’s over and have to wait for the next makes me sympathize with a fish on a hook.

Please don’t use Mark to read these anymore

Great story - awful performance - I know RC isn’t doing these books anymore but I just can’t with this guy.
Tom Taylorson anyone? He’d be perfect - just go listen to The Last Reaper series or Good Boys.
Imagine how good this would be to listen to with quality narration.

it feels wrong

the whole thing is like a ghost writer putting in filler. the summary talks about chun but he's not in it. nobody is. it's not following any character at all. just doesn't really make sense or work like all the rest of them have. it's literally like a filler episode. couldn't tell you what has actually happened by the end.

Meandering pointless violence isn't enough

There wasn't a storyline to hold on to. Could have been written by an AI bot sampling seasons 1 and 2 with a last minute human editor hired to try and sequence the mess.

what is the story?

I mean you can't get more pointless to the story arc in my opinion. I like the characters but there is nothing more to the the story. who is the betrayer? what are they going to do about it? I'm not sure but I what the story to progress a little. Not have a book just to introduce som characters and that's that. they are betrayed that's good, but why and what are cohen going to do? and if not him who?

Poor plot and performance

The story line doesn’t hold together from the previous book. Also Mark does not do as good of a job as RC. This season has lost me.
