awesome transgender youth book

the narrator was great the book was really well written.
this is my favorite transgender book

Wonderful

Loved the subject, loved the story. It was great. Even though it only showed mild bullying it was still very very good

Great premise, but story drags

This story went into mind-numbing detail, though the basic storyline was a great one. The narrator had a lilting, nice voice, but her delivery was very wooden - almost robotic at points. All in all, I'm still glad I listened to the novel, but I wish it had been edited down by about half. The other option would have been to get into more detail about Sam's transition. The changes he goes through are almost an afterthought.

this is a great "finding yourself" book. a great must read or listen whichever you have time for!
