Great Beginner’s Guide!

I love her sweet short story, the meditations were great and her voice is very soothing!!!

A Good Start

Her soft voice was soothing and easy to follow. This book helped me with the ground work on starting my journey of communication. The practices are simple. The part I feel like I missed, is the communication of what you don’t want an animal to do or unwanted behavior. Overall, I highly recommend this book.
