    10:14pm - Leading off the 2nd hour is our new friend and sandwich making and rating expert, Barry Enderwick from "The Sandwiches of History" fame. Last time Barry was on, we talked about how he got into this whole sandwich making thing and how it has really caught on through his IG channel. Tonight we talk about some of his favorite sandos (and not so favorite sandos) since the last time we talked.     10:35pm - Closing the show tonight is someone that, in my opinion, is changing the BBQ/Grilling game more than anyone else right now. Chris Young shows up to tell us all about the benefits of resting your steak...or not resting your steak! He conducted experiments to show EXACTLY what is really happening when you rest those steaks or when you don't rest those steaks. Is there a difference? What do you do? If you haven't seen the video yet, you will definitely want to go back and check it out on his YT channel...it's amazing!

In no particular order, we will discuss the 2024 version of the Famous Dave's All-Star BBQ Challenge Series. We will also talk about the 2024 version of the World Food Championships and why they pulled up their steaks in Dallas and planted them in Indianapolis.
