Even though the concepts presented were good and relatable I found the monotone hard to engage with especially the second hour. In the last part it seemed the author tried to put a lot of stuff in which seemed unrelated and didn't follow a "storyline" I could find at least. Framing it around a story or examples which bring the information to life would have helped and the tone of the reader did not alter throughout which did not help. There's a statement that states that mindfulness is a prolonged exhalation breathing which put me off it as I know that's not what mindfulness is. Pity as the idea behind it is good but could have been presented better and with more attention to detail.
