It's very light on anything actually useful other than some general mindset improvements. It's mostly personal anecdotes from his dating life. Would recommend much higher the books from Robert Glover or Mark Manson - they have 10X the practical advice.

Even with all the BS surrounding the dating and pickup industry, Patrick Wu is able to cut through the noise and provide tough love in an easy going fashion. I highly recommend any guy to listen to or read this book. It might save you years of frustration.
