Excellent

Great storytelling applicable ideas that could be put into practice and really change your life. Thank you very much mr Gonzalez for sharing your life: and your knowledge. I'm going to teach it to my kids. I wish I could have met your coach but thanks to your storytelling in a way I have.

A book to read and re-read many times.

There is so much wisdom, strategy, and knowledge to come from this little book that I know I am going to come back and read it again and again to review its points.

Short but Solid

Would you consider the audio edition of The Art of Mental Training to be better than the print version?

Yes

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Art of Mental Training?

Good recap of what every athlete needs to keep in mind to get the most out of physical training.

What about D. C. Gonzalez’s performance did you like?

Believable. This is not a motivational book. This book provides techniques on how to get leverage on yourself to keep grinding.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No but I did finish it in a few days.

Any additional comments?

I enjoy these types of books occasionally, they help keep you on track. Highly recommend.

If I could rate it 6 stars

I could hardly do the book justice in a review. I will therefore only tell you, that if you want to learn what is stated in the title: Look no more.

A necessary reading for the student of 'GRIT'

This should be mandatory reading for anyone who is a college student, entrepreneur, leaders, athletes, etc. I think they should even make this mandatory reading in high school.
