WOW, FANTASTIC START!

Most enjoyable. The story is fantastic. I am so glad I found this series. The interaction between Chase Madison, a human and Avery, an alien from another planet is beautiful. The story flows smoothly and with the narration/performance of Eric Michael Summerer is awesome! I was totally engrossed in the. Story and didn't even stop for lunch and dinner. It's that good. I have downloaded book 2 and will be staying up late,for sure. Bravo to Christopher Halt for a fantastic series. Please continue this series wi more on the continuing friendship/budding romance between Chase and Avery.

The first book was very good, kept me on the edge of my seat. There were times when I was listening to it in my car and I purposely took the long way home to get more listening time! Will be ordering the second book immediately!

Absolutely stunning first entry in an intriguing and well written world. Highly recommended to any looking for a really good Sci-fi/romance series.

Fascinating storyline with engaging charaters

I chose this book almost on a whim. I already knew I enjoyed the voice of the narrator, Eric Michael Summerer, and the cover art caught my eye. When I read the blurb, it sounded unlike anything I'd read before, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Once I started listening, I couldn't stop (nor did I want to). The characters are well-developed and interesting. Chase is very likable - it's easy to root for him. And the plot points involving his ADHD are quite clever! The author himself has ADHD, and his descriptions of Chase's thought process gave me a fascinating glimpse into the condition.

This is the first in a trilogy. As soon as I finished this one, I started the next!
