Publisher's summary

FBI Agent Angel Blondeaux is the focus of a man the press has labeled the Blindfold Killer. With each victim, she receives the call informing her where the dead body is to be found. The New Orleans Police have no choice but to enlist her help in his capture.

However, phone calls are only the beginning. This man wants more from Angel than just conversation. He wants her to be a part of his world. As Angel is pushed to her limits, will she stay safe and follow the NOPD rules, or will she play right into his hands?

Good story

The narrator is pretty good and the story is as well. It’s not my usual book but it definitely held my attention.

Spellbinding New Orleans Set FBI Murder Procedural

A spell binding New Orleans FBI procedural, full of engaging banter and a good murder mystery. It needed a couple more sentences to clarify police jurisdiction (murder is usually not a federal crime), but I enjoyed the book. And, it's New Orleans...more food and historic locations, please!

Kept Me On my Toes

This author was new to me so I didn't know what to expect. However, I love these kinds of stories. The detail was amazing, the story was flowing and even if you went from one character at one point to a different character somewhere else, you were able to keep up. The mystery was definitely there and trying to follow the clues with Angel was exciting.

The plot twist was unexpected but added to the excitement. Then you have to follow the relationship between Margo and Angel to see how that plays in the mystery of what happens. Who lives and who dies? you will have to read or listen to find out.

Also, I'm thinking the thing with her father in jail is going to be another book, would love to see where that goes.
