Using a thing called a "dating app" he finds a woman named Jenna. He tells her he needs to marry her, right away. Jenna, naturally, is confused. But the longer she's around Jadzion, the more she thinks he's not from around here . . . and that he just might be the one for her.

Short and sweet! If you like the intensity of fated mates, this is a great, quick read.

It was okay.

The disconnect between the heavily accented females POV of the male and the super generic males voice was…not the vibe.

Another Ruby Dixon series. While I always enjoy her books, this one was somewhat disappointing. The characters seem to be thrown together very quickly and just didn’t seem to have the depth that I usually enjoy in her books. I got the book on sale and actually felt like that should’ve been it’s original price. it was an enjoyable listen but over very quickly and almost felt like an abridged version.

Love Rub h Dixon in the first place, but the narration gave the story even more depth with laugh out loud moments. was able to hold my attention the whole story. Both the male and female narrators were great with perfect inflection and cadence in speaking.

An Alien assassin on a mission to kill another alien, who wants to destroy Earth, needs a female companion to help him get into an area to fulfill his mission.

Fun short listen

A fun new tale in the Ruby Dixon universe. Interesting new characters with potential to expand the world. Male alien character is an interesting species. Too short though and would have been nice to have been introduced to additional male alien characters!

Light, campy edition in the Dixonverse

“It’s complicated.”
“It looks to me like you’re humping my pillow.”
“Perhaps it’s not that complicated after all.”

Okay, so he’s a bit of a goof. But this was fun and fast moving. This could connect up with the author’s Corsairs and Risdaverse series someday, however, it works just fine as a standalone.

Did not care for the storyline or the female narrator that yelled her lines. disappointed
