The manner of presentation and the engaging prose style were very appealing. I’m always kept interested in the skilled voice of the narrator.

Very much like the original author in style, and as always, I couldn’t figure out the ending ahead of time!

Wonderful little story

Charming and wonderfully written as all of Horowitz- just wish that it was much longer- didn’t want it to end!

Mysterious Plot

I enjoyed this book and the small clue’s that you can learn. As all Horowitz writings, it was very enjoyable.

Anything by Antony Horowitz is bound to be good and this short story did not disappoint.

A Master's Hand On Display

Anthony Horowitz is definitely a modern master of the Holmes pastiche. This one hour short story is truly an homage to Holmes, Watson and Doyle. The author was able to feature the Christmas holidays in a way that was very faithful to Sherlock Holmes' opinion of the season. The narration by Jonathan Keeble wonderfully brings Horowitz' words to life. I am more than pleased to recommend this book.
