This book spoke to me

I have been fighting with the empath in me for so many years. I know certain family members and their toxic negative energy has been affecting me in the worse of ways but because I’ve been taught family supposed to stick together I have been living with a few toxic individuals. After yesterday situation I have picked up this book and let’s just say. Those who are always filled with gossiping those who only talk about fighting and getting drunk and nothing positive I am completely detaching from. I knew they weren’t no good for me as there are times when I wake up in a foul mood just seeing them in my space. I can no longer do this. I would like to say thank you. I needed this so bad. Love light and peace to all those who read this book. Protect your space.

Enlightening

This book helped me to opened my eyes and helped me to understand a lot more about myself and why I feel the way I do do in certain situations. It was a very good read well put together and worth every minute of my time!!!
