this is supposed to be a commentary on the book of Acts but rambles back and forth between the old and New testaments. The sense was the author is trying to prove his overall theological position under the guys of commenting on the book of Acts. there is some knowledge here that is accurate but there's also some strange heretical type doctrines being shared
