Loved This!

I love all the author’s stories, but this one was such a fun ride! While many authors’ story lines can become predictable while still being enjoyable, this book had some great surprises along the way. I was sad the book ended, but happy it ended with a laugh!

Not my favorite

Colleen Prendergast is an exceptional narrator. That being said, I have read all of Milly Johnson’s books and this one was not great. It took a long time to get going and I almost gave up on it. It got better about midway through and then wrapped up in a very typical way. I expect formula when it comes to chick-lit books, but usually Milly’s books have more to them than this one did. Just disappointing and I won’t be rushing to pre-order the next one like I did this time.
