Excellent book

Such a powerful book…. I feel lighter as I deal with all my emotional clutter. I feel like I have been an emotional hoarder and I had no idea how to deal with all of it. Jesus is truly the best … so much trash has been decluttered from my life. Very grateful for this… as a person who struggled with codependency, this has moved me in the healthy direction of becoming God dependent.and having Him fulfill all my needs. … pastors wife and saved for over 20 some years. 2022 is the year of wholeness!

not reading the book more a podcast

this was hard to use with whisper sync on the the kindle book. it's more like a recording of him teaching but not reading the book and he goes off or stutters with different words so it's hard to follow.
it's great of you want to just listen but it's not great if you are following along with the book which was what I bought it for. it was a waste of a credit because I can't just follow along. I get lost when he changes the wording.

very practical

Love all the steps that were suggested. I believe in transfer formation after following all the suggestions.
