I truly loved this story and can not wait to read more like this. I had avoided this author because of seeing a neg review but whoever wrote that was wrong. I will be looking for more written by Kris Michaels and narrated by Matt Haynes.

Blame the Editor
Large, huge, giant, even monstrous… Those are all legitimate words that can also be used to describe what is only described as massive in these books. El Capitan is massive. Mount Rushmore is massive. The Pacific Ocean is massive. Surely your editor has told you this? But once again, that being said, I thoroughly and massively enjoyed this book. When Matt Haynes proceeds with his Irish accent, it brings out my inner alley cat! Hooray for Thanatos!

Possibly the worst drawn out book Kris micheals has ever written I tried skipping chapters but made it to 17 and just couldn’t take anymore. Sorry I loved all of Kris Michaels guardian series just not this one. Don’t buy you’ll be sorry 😒

Not your usual Kris Michaels female
I love Kris Michaels but this female lead/character is awful. I'm sorry but I couldn't relate to her at all and her freak outs are just too much. I just kept thinking "grow up!". usually she writes good strong female characters but this girl is just horrible. I've listened to all of the other Guardians and Shadows books and honestly I'd skip this one if I were you.

Good Until Ultimatum
Story was great until end. I have issue with either partner demanding someone change. you either love them or you don't, and you definitely do no demand someone who is making a difference in the world to stop.

Hated Eve
I really disliked Eve throughout the 2nd half of the book. I hoped she would go away without Thanatos. The author did a great job of Eve having no redeeming qualities.
