IA narration

I struggled to finish this story. I honestly don't know if it was the writing or the AI narration. the narration was not good at all. U S instead of us. Lots of things like that.

virtual voice, No!!!

I didn't like the virtual voice. it was too flat and had no emotion in it. Please keep real people reading.

The story was OK but AI narration ruined it.

While it was a bit immature and simplistic, the story had some merit. But the virtual voice was terrible. And if you are going to use virtual narration, why not use female and make duet? Monotone male voice for the entire book often adding inflections in the wrong place… honestly having Siri read the book from my screen would have been a step up.

Appreciate voice actors. AI has its place but reading this type of book is not it.

The virtual narration didn't bother me.
The story was exciting & I liked it.
I think it lost "something"along the way, though.

OK but prefer a living reader

The story was enjoyable but the narration was pretty robotic. certainly better than the old computer voices but frequently the emphasis and/or emoting was just not real. Made it hard to really get invested in the characters.

Fun smutty story with an odd narration choice

Caveat that I'm only about an hour in but intend to finish.

This is a fun sort of love at first sight between the protagonists. The age gap is quite large (19 and 32) but it's not been super central. What I don't understand is if they decided to use Virtual Voice for narration why did they make both POVs sound identical. The narration lacks the voice acting and nuance that makes it obvious who is talking or whose internal monologue we're following. I would have preferred voice actors or at least two distinct virtually generated voices.
