I have listened to several of Flora Ferrari's books now, I really like her writing style. unfortunately the emotionless virtual narrators are just not my thing, it didn't completely ruin the book for me, but it would be much better if it were read by good authors.

Hard to follow
The names are pretty similar and the virtual voice has no change/inflection. So the story is hard to follow because you can't always tell who is speaking when. It's irritating. Most narrators change their voice- the tone, the inflection, the speed, so you can tell who is talking.This sounds the same all the way through.

HATE VIRTUAL NARRATION

virtual voice sucks
I'm so tempted to cancel Audible. It's always had the best narrations. Now they're flooded with this AI trash and we can't even filter them out? IDK if the book was good. I spent the first hour hoping I could drown out the horrible narration and just get into it. It didn't happen. Don't waste your time and authors, don't let Audible corrupt your work with this trash.

Trash Book
It’s a terrible book. The story is trash and the sexual parts are just vulgar for the sake of being vulgar, not romantic at all.
