Publisher's Summary

Back from their quest into the Underworld, with the threat of Lucian hanging over head, Emma is faced with yet another problem--the Immortal Bond. The bond surpasses any reason and is something so complex, not much is known about it. Once an Immortal Bond is made, it is forever. A conjoining of two fated hearts, destined to be perfect companions.

Emma's heart, already bonded with her Guardian, Kade, has unexpectedly and inconveniently bonded with Ethon, the son of Lucifer. Now she is faced with a decision she doesn't want to make. Both want nothing more than to love and protect her.

With the arrival of new company and old friends, things are bound to get heated.

Narrator kills the story

The narrator was way too old for a 17 year old; the way she performed jarred me a bit and I tried to stay with it. The story itself is okay, but the love triangle reminds me of an angel/demon version of Twilight. Emma seemed a bit too Mary Sue at times, but hopefully the series gets better as I move onto the next book.

Voice is too old for a teenager

I love Cameo and her stories but this reader of this audible book had me cringing at times. She sounds way too old to be 17 and has an accent of a 1950s actress. Teenagers don’t sound like that. Her voice would’ve been suited better for her mother Alaine.

I would love to know more about many of the characters. She could do so much more with this series. Hope to see many more past the story of Emma.

Cliché. Sucked. Didn't finish. Returned.

Narrator was FAR too old to voice a 17 yo girl and didn't bother to differentiate between character voices enough to matter. Save your credit!
