I really enjoyed this as someone who has worked within the software development world. Many practical examples, explanations and best practices. Real life experience; really, really valuable
This book is excellent, and I've recommended it to several colleagues. It's loaded with specific details in an actionable framework. The automation evaluation is a brilliant approach to planning or deciding the ROI is not there. The concept of 'as designed versus as discovered'; yes, I've made that mistake. Now I understand a far better approach. Test automation is extremely difficult to sustainably do well. This won't solve all your problems, but it will provide answers that only come from experience and a plan for success.
If you make a living in software testing automation, sell your bed if you have to, read this book.
