Snooze fest
I got about five minutes through before getting bored to death. The narration goes at a snail's pace, the narrator has a very thick accent that makes the audio feel clunky, and the content just feels like a series of very obvious and not insightful statements.

Would you consider the audio edition of Teachings on Love to be better than the print version?
The Master is incredible. It would have been even better if the recording had been remastered to edit out the coughing in the audience, which at times became distracting.

Thich Nhat Hanh is the most engaging and warm monk
The writings of Thich Nhat Hanh are wonderful - they are engaging, encouraging, warm, lovingly expressed, funny at times and inspirational. This Audible Book is absolutely wonderful because the narrator is Thich Nhat Hanh himself, speaking his beliefs in his sweet caring voice and manner, and, since it is a recording of a live session at the Omega Institute, you can hear the appreciative laughs from the audience , as well as the beautiful sound of the bell for meditation. I would recommend any book and book on tape written and read by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Absolutely Transforming!
What made the experience of listening to Teachings on Love the most enjoyable?
The stories that are told are very inspirational.
What other book might you compare Teachings on Love to and why?
I would compare it to "The Present Moment" by Thich Nhat Hanh. The content is different and yet the message of love and compassion is very similar.
Which scene was your favorite?
The story of David and Angelina was my favourite!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes, the moment when Thich Nhat Hanh says that his driver is his "Angelina". And when he describes having a wall of "Angelina's". And it inspired me so much to think of all the "Angelina's" in my life and to honour them.

The only thing about this Audible book was that the audience kept coughing & making noises throughout the entire book! There were a couple babies and kids talking too! It really took away from the calm & peace of the author’s voice & the teachings of the book.

Good understanding
it's the kind of read well fitted if your on a emotional roller coaster, topics of love are covered as well as touching stories, these stories did trigger emotions in me of how I involved pride instead of love, man how did I ever get it so wrong, in short a satisfying audio book.
