I must say, this is an very beginner-friendly guide to tapping, filled with a warm, reassuring tone, like a friend gently guiding you. It addresses so many real-life stressors and situations, from people-pleasing to workplace anxiety to forgiveness.

The encouragement is a pretty consistent thread throughout, as well as a relatable, down-to-earth tone. It emphasizes progress over perfection and letting go of the past to become more present. Such good things to embrace.

On a personal note, I will say, that even though spiritually I differed in a few places from some theories inside this audiobook, I still found there was a lot of great help to glean. So take from it what you can and deepen the healing.

I’ve heard of EFT before but never really understood how to use it. This book made it feel approachable and actually doable—even when I was feeling overwhelmed. The guided scripts were a huge help, and I love that it didn’t feel pushy or overly “woo.” Just warm, encouraging, and really grounding. I really enjoyed understanding more about tapping. I’ve been into mediation lately and tapping complements that really well. It has some great tapping examples and exercises you can do that combine calming your mind, meditation and tapping to keep yourself in a peak, calm state to transform your days into positive outcomes and not negative one. I’ve never heard of EFT tapping before, and this audiobook gave a great introduction. The narrator's voice is calm, reassuring, and makes the whole process feel like you’re being gently guided by a supportive friend rather than following a rigid program.
I especially liked the guided tapping scripts. Having them read aloud while I followed along made it so much easier to stay present and not second-guess if I was “doing it right.” Each chapter builds on the last, so it felt like a real journey—from releasing stress and fear to building self-compassion and confidence.
I noticed immediate shifts while listening. For example, after the session on perfectionism, I felt lighter, like I could finally let go of that constant inner pressure. The breath-work and visualization practices were unexpected bonuses that helped deepen the experience.
