Refreshing

Absolutely loved this book. It was nice to read about a female lead that had curves and confidence. Even better to be reminded that there are men out there that prefer slightly more than average size women. I also like the fact that there is just enough going on with the background characters to make you excited for the next book. Well done!

Stronghold

It strikes me that there doesn't seem to be a explanation for the stars that are given. So I thought I'd start giving my take on it.
1 horrible no redeeming qualities. So far I've never given a 1.
2 blah but there are redeeming qualities.
3 ok worth reading.
4 great but there's something off.
5 loved it.

So now about this story. This is the first book I've Listened to in this series. I get the feeling that it crosses over to another series as well as being the second in this series. It can be read/listen alone but I'm one of those people who enjoys things in order. Unfortunately I really can't read anymore, as I get debilitating headaches when I read for more than about 15 minutes. That said I can't wait for more of this series, I want to say more about this story but I absolutely hate spoilers, so I won't do it to you by going into details.
The narrator brings the story to life.

How can I choose?

I’ve fallen in love with all the Doms and Domas of strong hold. I would love to be one of their subs bye with every book they find their other half. It warms my heart to learn of their lives, glowing almost as pink as a few posteriors. Eagerly looking forward to the next one.

GREAT STORY REALLY INTERESTING PERSPECTIVE.

I am actually starting to become a really big fan I have to say I've read a lot of these books but it's in very few of them that you see the insecurities of a male dominant as well as a female submissive so spectacular writing there very good sex scenes to I like how even though for me this is BDSM light or maybe even middle ground don't make the sex scenes seem hot as fuck. Honestly the only real issue I take with the book and I'm sure it's probably because she's a self-published author is that there was feedback when they were recording the audio it sounded like there was a fan going in the background or it was just a breezy day when they were recording outside but I got over that pretty quickly as a story progressed it helps that the voice actor was pretty magnificent and I could tell all the characters apart. So I gave it 4 stars I would have given at 5 but that background noise kind of screwed the pooch, can't wait to read the next one though.
