A Must-Listen for Anyone Trying to Lead or Take Ownership in Their Life

I listened to this a few months ago and it's still relevant to how I work every day. I work in software development at a company where structure doesn't just exist, you have to build it yourself.
That's exactly why this book hit for me. Sopov's point that ownership and influence have to work together is something I've actually put into practice. Better communication, clearer expectations, real processes where there weren't any before. It's not theory, it's stuff you can use the next day.
This isn't a motivational fluff book. Whether you're in software, advertising, or any fast-moving field, there's something here you can take and run with. I've already recommended it to a few people and plan on picking up a physical copy soon because it's that valuable to review and reread. The narration is clean and easy to follow. Highly recommend.
