Great Resource to have

This book is full of valuable techniques and strategies for those with ADHD. It is designed to help those organize, simplify and increase productivity and much more. These tools and strategies would actually benefit anyone looking to increase organization and productivity in their lives. However, the author does tailor, this book towards those impacted by ADHD. The author empathetically explains the challenges facing those with ADHD and how medications, therapy, developing coping mechanisms, and identifying triggers can help in managing their symptoms. I have recommended this book to a family member who I think would greatly benefit from it.

Great Advice Worth Taking

While many of the suggestions outlined in this book are also applicable to non-ADHD persons, the author tailors their application to those who have the disorder. Their take on active listening and developing empathy really hits home, while the passages on identifying and dealing with triggers and implementing coping strategies are spot on. The author not only explains how and why ADHD affects different people, but also gives concrete steps a person with ADHD can take to succeed in their relationships and everyday life. Especially helpful is the section on how to get and stay organized to be more productive. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed, helpful for my family!

There are a lot of adults with ADHD in my family and close relationships. I especially liked the chapter about Thriving with ADHD and the review of strengths and good things people with ADHD tend to have. It was nice to hear the positives listed out and how to use the strengths of having ADHD! The information and calls to action and productivity were inspiring. A really good listen!

Eye opening
