"audible for kids" confused me

there's a lot of adult content
for starting the audio with "audible for kids".

The book is pretty good, but narration is almost unbearable – especially the male and adult voices. The only reason I finished the audiobook was to justify the purchase. I would have given the book a higher rating if the narration was not so bad.
