Chapter Labels Could be Improved

It is so hard to jump to a particular topic in the audio-book when you only have the Chapter numbers. Bookmarks won't do. I hope you could improve it by adding the proper Chapters/Sub-chapters' names so that it's easier to select which topic we'd like to go back to when we want to review.

Practical Advice for Career Switch

Great advice on assessing yourself whether you're ready for a career switch, how hard the process can be, how to make best connection of your current skill set to that of your dream career, seeing the screening process from the employers' perspective of view, and practical working plans for switching. Very informative and useful guide for a career switcher. I found it helpful and would like to follow it to do my career switch from technical to business side.

Dr. Graham does an incredible job motivating switchers to active their goals. Her four 'R' approach is easy to follow, and is highly effective as a switcher embarks on their journey.

Not just for switchers!

This book is not the kind of book you could boil down to a pamphlet. Besides covering principles and models, it is also dense with practical advice, examples, lists, and motivation. I recommend it whether you are planning a switch or just a minor adjustment!

After receiving lots of help from others during my two job transitions, I’ve been having occasional coffees with different people who are between jobs. It’s nice to have this book to recommend or, in a few cases, gift. Besides switching, it covers the basics which apply to switchers and non-switchers alike who don’t have some of this fundamental knowledge or experience and that makes the book *tremendously* useful!

This book tries to grasp everything in job switching and I makes it too long and a bit boring.
If you're young in labor market then something might useful. If you're clueless, then something might be useful. However, if you've worked 7+ years, changed jobs, follow labor market fluctuations, understand changing world, you can find shorter videos on YouTube that will give the same idea and maybe even more specific to your desired industry and country of living.
