Publisher's Summary

Salon owner Julie Stanford wanted Nathan Tucker ever since she gave him his first massage. Getting paid to feel every inch of his body, stripped, oiled, and spread out in front of her? Stuff dreams are made of. But the sexy guy was oblivious to the signals she was sending - until she finished off his final rub-down with something extra. In fact, the best extra he ever had. Unfortunately, he came around too late. Now Julie's moving on....

The woman was driving him crazy. She lit fire to his insides then ran like a scalded cat. And now she's going to someone else to have all her fantasies fulfilled? Over his dead body.... He's more than willing to give her what she wants, and as soon as he pins the little minx down, he'll show her his own brand of sweet seduction.

Pretty good addition to the series :)

3.5-4 stars

This was a pretty good story. I liked Julie and Nathan and their story was good and kept me on the edge until the end.

Julie is a strong and independent woman that owns her own salon. She's a beautiful, curvy woman that likes herself but has trouble finding men that will do the same. She's had men tell her she's too heavy and complain about her strong opinions and it's made her doubt herself in the past. Julie wont put up with that again and tends to keep her relationships with men short and under her control.

Nathan is a good guy that works for the security firm that Faith & Gray (from book #1 Sweet Surrender) both work at. Nathan is a bit dumb when it comes to women (at least Julie) but he's a good friend and loyal.

So in book #1, Nathan ends up losing a bet and has to shave his head. Faith tells him that he'd look great with an earring in one ear and gets him to go to Julie's salon to get his ear pierced. While there, Nathan gets convinced to start doing regular massages with Julie. Julie is majorly hot for Nathan and when he comes in for the massages she tries to make her interest known. Unfortunately, Nathan seems a bit oblivious to Julie's efforts so she starts getting frustrated with her lack of success in getting Nathan to notice her. As noted in the book description, Julie ends up giving him a great and also naughty massage and then fires him as a clients, running off and making herself scarce for a while so Nathan can't find her.

About this time we find out that Nathan hasn't been blind to Julie, he's just been so afraid of making a fool of himself in front of her that he's been spending all his time around her trying not to. When Julie makes his night and then runs off not to be seen, Nathan is flummoxed and it gets even worse when he finds out that Julie is asking Damon to set her up with an anonymous menage with 2 unknown men at his club (with her blindfolded). Nathan is able to arrange for him and Mica to be the men with Julie but his efforts to engage in a real relationship with her and a bit on the weak side. Their road to a relationship is a tumultuous and long one but they do work things out and end the story starting a HEA together.

This was a pretty enjoyable story. I liked Julie...she was kind of brash and definitely nor perfect but I still enjoyed her as a heroine. Nathan was a good guy but he was so dumb when it came to relationships! I mean OMG I just wanted to slap him upside his head and tell him to get a brain! Still, he was a sweety and got his act together eventually. I will admit that I found it a bit annoying that the relationship didn't actually turn into one until the very end of the story. I liked it but I prefer to see the couple have at least some book-time where they're actually together and in a relationship. That was my only real complaint though. Overall, I liked the story and would recommend it. :)

2some... no 3some... no 2some HEA!

Is he going to ask her out? Is she going to ask him out? WTF??? Someone ask someone out! I just wanted to shake these two at times! So many missed opportunities. This is a cat and mouse game. That some how leads to a threesome. Then back to two! How? Well, I can't tell you obviously. I have already said too much.

The narration is once again perfect. The sex scenes just become hotter with all the distinguished voices. Loved it.

This is a cute story. You will definitely enjoy it.

Yes!! Sweeter and Sweeter

What did you love best about Sweet Seduction?

Because they just keep getting better!!! This is the third book in the series and all the stories are different and great.

Have you listened to any of Caroline Wintour’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She does a excellent job as always!

Any additional comments?

These books are sexually explict, so if you don't like that then I don't recommend them. I think they are worth the credit or the full purchase price. I mean "WOW"!!!!!

Awesome

I’m a fan of Maya’s writing, the only genre I can’t seem to get into is her KGI series but we’ll see....Loving this series and all the hot steamy scenes she puts in the books, the great stories, and the diverse characters!!!

Middle story syndrome

Interesting premise and fairly well executed. If you want a ton of sex, some repetitive, this is the book for you. It does seem like everyone in Maya's world likes BDSM, multiple partners and sex clubs.

Fun, sexy, take no prisoners romance

This is Book 3. The Sweet series has variations on bdsm and kinky sex. This one features curvaceous, bodacious Julie, a masseur who normally has no problem charging forward towards whatever she wants. But she wants more than a fling with hunky customer Nate, and therefore second guesses her instincts and pussyfoots around with way too subtle flirting.
The two embark on a funny push and pull, with each stepping out of their comfort zone and into a sex club hosted by Damon from Book 2.
There’s vouyerism, threesomes, and explicit sex. Yeah, the whole “sweet” tag line for this series is ironic, or sarcastic, .... or just twisted. I love that! While this strong content sometimes turns me off (still don’t like when the Book 2 characters pop up in this book... just nothing sexy about their slavery kink), I enjoyed the majority of this book. Nate and Julie are funny, strong, and full of life. There’s plenty of hot scenes, respectfully done in spite of the bdsm themes.
I continue to enjoy the sisterhood- it’s nice to see a romance that doesn’t only focus on the couple. There’s actual entire chapters of women talking to women (although admitttedly, they often spend the whole time talking about men... but these are romance/erotica books).
My favorite of the series so far.

just eh

no real story here ... they want each other and rather than talk, they use sex to send a message .... and then the author throws in the full figure sidebar. hoping the next in the series is better.

Sweet Seduction

I have enjoyed the series so far, and this book has been my favorite, although the development of the relationship between Nathan an Julie could have been better, I loved that the author intertwined the other characters and brought their relationships into the fold. Because of that aspect, this book tops my favs so far
