Thanks Craig
Loved this book and went through it following the “alcohol lied to me” audiobook. Clearly a borrowed chapter from the one but all is forgiven as the content is fantastic. Always love and prefer an audiobook read by the author, especially when they are good at that too. :)

Life changing
I love listening to these books. It is a well thought out and constructed explanation of finding true happiness. Happiness resides in ourselves. All we have to do is learn how to find where we have hidden it.

So sad…if I could post zero stars, I would.
If the devil were to write a book, this is it. All the love of God is lost on this author. So sad for any poor soul who reads this book and finds himself thrown back in himself feeling no hope or help from God. We are born body, mind and spirit. We need to feed our spirits with the joy of feeling Gods love for us. He is our Father and loves us unconditionally, wanting only the best for us and to use the gifts he gave us. He is a lamp unto it feet and a light to our path.
