Too little Sunshine, one storyline too dark for me
Most likely because of my own frame of mind....the gaslighting storyline overwhelmed the others for me and I literally skipped forward to the Epilogue about Chapter 70.

Absolutely Brilliant
The sign of a good book is going through the emotions that I'm sure Millie Johnson went through when she was writing it.
As I was listening I found myself shouting at my phone with frustration at the characters, as though each character could hear me.
This book was yet another superb listen.
I don't know where Millie Johnson gets her ideas for each of her books but I hope she keeps getting them.
I would definitely recommend it.

I’m usually a thriller reader but since stumbling upon Milly Johnson and the wonderful Colleen Prendergast I can’t get enough of the pair of them. Where Milly gets her ideas from I’ve no idea but every book is different. Keep them coming please 💕

A good but ONION IS TOXIC TO DOGS
Enjoyed the story, but this was overshadowed by the most important thing, as a story set in a animal sanctuary, the point where a dog was fed onion from a sandwich as a treat was shocking. ONION IS TOXIC TO DOGS!!!

Blooming Brilliant.
Wow what a brilliant book . Everything about it was perfect , from the story , the characters to the narrator. The cover is pretty , but totally gives the impression of a light hearted read. This was more like a drama, with such a good twist I didn't see coming! Milly Johnsons women are real with fears and weaknesses just like all of us. Didn't want to press stop.
I've become a huge fan of her books since joining Audible , great to make work go quicker. You will probably shout at Stell, but that's what a good story does .

different to what I thought it would be like
instead of focusing on the love story with happy end likenin other of her books, this one keeps you captivated with its "mystery" stories right til the end. Judging by the title I thought it would be different but nevertheless enjoyed the story. The different character's stories were quite a bit more serious than those in her other books...but you wanna know how it ends and stay hooked.
