Publisher's Summary

Greed and fear, two emotions that rule both individuals...and countries.

Now, China has decided that they will do whatever it takes to acquire TQB technology.

There was a glaring flaw in their plan. When they kill an unborn little baby in a raid, the Queen Bitch is released.

Now, China has two options...Kill Bethany Anne, or sue for peace.

Another Amazing audio

What can we say Emily Beresford is the official voice of Bethany Anne. And this one is no different from the others. I really enjoyed this and looking forward to the next one. 😎

Insanely Addicted!

This series is Great! Michael does such a wonderful job of keeping me wanting more, the action is fast-paced and exciting and the characters are fun to follow through their lives filled with battles, escapades, and relationships. I'm not quite sure what to think of Ting though (Love or Hate) at this point I'm a tad cautious. This being book 11 I can honestly say that there isn't a stinker in the lot so far. I waite impatiently for the next one no matter how fast he and his crew get them out. Michael, If you read this I vote YES on the All Guns Blazing t-shirts suggestion!

Awesome progression

I’ve been listening to the books and now the short stories. I love how you evolve the characters throughout the story. I think these are some of my favorite books hands down. Thank you for putting them on audible so I can listen to them while I drive, and keep it up.

Big Issues and Big Moves

*Spoilers* Some big issues are touched on: Fear to keep in line people who go overboard in pursuit of greed or power; making people earn their keep; alt energy sources; foreign countries that have kill switches in the technology they manufacture for us; measured justice...

Some big actions: a nation state attacks TQB & there is retaliation; Pandora's Box is opened-BA gives the Prez member info to disseminate; the B*tch3s pose for their calendar & get reciprocation; BMW Breweries has its first meeting; The Leopard Empress is transformed & starts to make a bid for power; the newest Lowell is born:-)) The Beep! The Beep! Nerdgasm!
If you're listening to the series, do I have to comment on Beresford?

Really?

Apologies for the rant to come, but I am so disappointed. I have mostly enjoyed these, fun characters, exciting stories, interesting fictional technology; it's a good time, a guilty pleasure if you will. What I've tried to ignore while enjoying is the idiotic way China is constantly portrayed. This book jumps the shark. If you hate China for some reason, likely based on fiction, but whatever, then you'll love this. Its like it was written to be read aloud on Fox News. I realize there is a market for this kind of thing, but it's embarrassingly stupid, especially considering how easy it is to learn anything about any country and people in this the Internet Age, and also how much more likely other countries would be to act like what is portrayed, including the USA. And that final strike target? Seriously, how oblivious would someone have to be to not consider the many possible ramifications of that? I considered this series good cheap fun, but the obvious bias/hate is just too much at this point. And the ancestors remark? That's Japan. Heck, THEY would be more likely to act like this (see WWII). Last one, I'm done. Again, if you hate China and have no knowledge of it or it's people, and don't want any, you'll probably love this. Otherwise, it's rubbish. Michael, I love your passion and have immense respect for your work ethic, but do yourself and your fans a favor and do some fact checking before culture bashing. Shoot me an email, I'll happily help bring you into the current century.

Ugh...

I don’t normally write reviews. This series has got to be my favorite. I typically find problems with the main lady character being repetitive, Whiney and unoriginal. This series has been such an addiction. I’ve bought two sets of extra credits for audible. I listen to it every chance I get! The little snippets at the end are awesome! I went to look for the next book on audible and it’s not out yet! Nooooooooooooooo! I will be bitting my nails waiting.

The story continues

All these installments are really one big long book. This one furthers the story. Lot of fun.
