Publisher's summary

Cupid's aim sucks worse than his curse.

Noel was one craptacular boyfriend away from taking a vow of celibacy when she found her dull-but-reliable fiancé. Maybe he didn't get her, ahem, juices flowing, but so what? At least he wouldn't break her heart. But then Cupid had to go and shoot her in the ass with his ill-timed arrow and ruin everything by saddling her with the worst soulmate ever.

Grayson Adler.

He was everything she swore she'd never fall for again - arrogant and sexy in an obvious, Greek god kind of way. Every inch of him screamed heartache. Running away was her best bet. Too bad she couldn't. Because not only is Grayson her soulmate, he's also her new co-worker. The job? Helping Cupid fix his screwed-up love matches.

Well, her new boss is just going to have to get used to disappointment. Noel might have to work for Cupid, but there's no way she's going to let some smirking, winged, freak tell her who she's going to love.

Now all she'll have to do is figure out how to keep her hands off her soulmate until she finds a way out of this mess. Easy, right?

If only...

A hot, hilarious modern-day retelling of Apollo and Daphne...you'll never look at Greek Myths the same way again!

Struck By Eros is the award winning first book in The Redeeming Cupid Series.

This book is so hard for me...

Its a good story and the narrator is good but i seriously HATE the main girl. She is a selfish ass and she is totally unremarkable, bitchy, and a whiner in my eyes by the way she treats him. HATE HER GUTS!

Grayson Adler, you've got the patience of a saint.

I was interested in this book because of the oh so dreamy cover. Luckily, I was given this audiobook at my request in exchange for an honest review.

So... I really wanted to love this book, but the main character just got on my freakin' nerves...actually everyone EXCEPT Grayson and his affiliates bothered me. Like holy crap, Noel, baggage much? Brad was a class-A douche, and you weren't any better with how you treated yourself, the situation, Len, and Grayson ever since you met him. Okay yeah, I can understand how upset Noel was at Cupid for upending her perfectly safe and predictable life, but in the end, that cheeky god knew what he was doing.

Grayson on the other hand, wow, dreamboat material. I would have called Noel out on her behaviour a whole lot sooner, but he's the bigger person than me if I were in his shoes. I wished there were more happier moments with the two soul mates! I could have just read Chapter 17 and the last chapter.

I liked the narration, Chelsea's voice was easy to listen to. I would suggest that she work on her male voices.

Overall, I would continue on to the next book in this series if only to find out what happens to Eros. Do we get to hear more about Grayson & Noel? Or will there be a new power couple to contend with?

Awesome listen

I loved the push and pull of this story. The slow realization, the final understanding of what was meant to be. It was so gripping and captivated me through the whole book.

The narration was spot on as well. Chelsea Stephens did a wonderful job and I enjoyed her performance. She is great at capturing emotion in her voice.

I recieved this audiobook for free in exchange for my honest review.

Fun & Love!!!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

This was a fun & different kind of story. Cupid making matches, and one of those was Noelle & Grayson. Not only did he shoot them and make them soul mates, but made them work for him, making matches. Noelle is very resistant to this, and I’d trying to keep her fiancé, while still having to meet up with Grayson. Things don’t go well, chaos ensues, and the result is quite entertaining. I loved Grayson throughout and yelled at her often to really see him, and I felt for Noelle, what she went through in the past that made her guard herself so much now. And Chelsea Stephens narration was perfect in this! This was so much fun. Very much enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 An Enjoyable💘PNR💘

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it is well written with interesting storylines that are captivating from start to end. Jenn Windrow is a gifted author with a creative mind, I love her spin on Cupid and how she incorporated mythology into her modern day story. The characters are likable and easy to relate to. Noel Chase has been burned by too many men, she always went for the same player type guy so when she met Len Holder, a strait-laced college professor she fell for him. But was she in love with him or the idea of him being a safe choice. She has been with him for two years when Cupid decides to strike her with one of his arrows and sends her into the arms of another, Grayson Adler, he supposed soulmate. Noel is convinced Cupid got it wrong, she is determined to fight it every step of the way. I adored Grayson, Noel was so blinded by her past that she could not see who Grayson really was. I loved how everything plays out in this book, it is well plotted and there is never a dull moment with plenty of drama, angst, some twists and turns, some heartfelt moments and some hot loving and romance. Jenn Windrow, thank you for this wonderful story!

Chelsea Stephens is a terrific narrator and voice artist. She does a great job portraying the characters, bringing them to life giving each their own voice and personality. You could hear how much heart she puts into her performance as she captures and projects the characters emotions into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

3 1/2 Cupid Hearts

Liked the premise but I didn't completely fall in love with the story. The big reason is I did not like the heroine. The story starts after they have already met so we never see why the heroine hates the hero and why she continously calls him a manwhore. Because of this she just comes off as mean and selfish. So despite the fact she mentions being hurt in the past it didn't justify her treatment of Grayson. As for Grayson I did fall in love with him and I felt so bad for him! I just wish Noel had more redeeming qualities because I do like the whole working for cupid premise. Overall 3 1/2 ☆☆☆

Narration was 5 stars, easy to follow and each character had their own distinct voice.
