As a senior manager for a research institution, I found the insights in this provided enlightening. This will be a must read for my 10 and 7 year olds when they come of age.

Used kwame’s guidance with success

I found myself saying, WOW someone has walked this path and documented a strategy on how to counter the adversity. I was truly frustrated in my corporate climb and decided what the hay! I tried a concept that led to another use of one Kwame's well-articulated concept then found myself referring back to sections for additional guidance.
