Great

I love how they put the characters in from “Just Friends”, Rex and Carolina, but didn’t like the person reading for Lincoln. In his voice you can really tell emotions.

Definitely Better Than The Last One …

This one is DEFINITELY better than the last one!! I LOVED that Lincoln (the male lead) was NOT a world-class jerk AT ALL!! It was SO refreshing to have a genuinely nice guy as the male lead!! 😅 I was little worried that Lincoln’s stint in prison (and I don’t consider this much of a spoiler since we knew that Lincoln’s been in prison from the last book in the series) would have hardened him & turned him into a little bit of a jerk, but happily, none of that seemed to have happened!! I also really liked Cassidy’s (the female lead) character!! I liked her upbeat personality (she reminded me a little of Georgia from the previous book, actually) & her bluntness about liking Lincoln from the very beginning of the novel. It’s rare for a young woman to be that blunt in a romance novel & I really liked it in this book! 👍🏻 The one this that seemed a bit off in this book is the “performance” of this book in the Audible version, particularly the male voice: not to be mean or anything, but the male voice kinda sounds like Olaf from Frozen to me. 😅 (Yes, the adorable snowman from the Disney movie, Frozen!) Did that happen to anyone else?? I’m honestly curious … 😅 Anyway, it took me a while to get used his voice & not think of Olaf! Am I just crazy?? 😅 Anyway, I am now looking forward to Grace & Finn’s story, especially finding out WHY exactly Grace is scared of staying home alone at night, given that it’s been hinting to a lot now! ☺️

Second chance love

I just love returning to Twisted Fox every time. This is book three and Lincoln and Cassidy’s story.

Lincoln has a troubled past and has faced jail time for a crime he didn’t commit. He is looking to keep on a straight and narrow path, until he meets Cassidy, who also has a past of her own.

Crazy enough that these two find each other and they happen to be just perfect for each other too help move on and start fresh. They are co-workers, friends to lovers with a slooooww burn. They have such a push and pull that keeps you drawn in waiting for that breaking point of fire.

We still get a lot of our other beloved characters in the Twisted Fox world, and the whole community is just a blast and a place I would want to be apart of.

Audio is done by Alexander Cendese and Savannah Peachwood and they were the absolute perfect decisions to voice these two.

4 Trouble Stars!

Having picked up other books in the Twisted Fox world i've been looking so forward to jumping back in! So as soon as i found out about this audiobook i knew i had to start listening to it next! I got into it as soon as i could and got right back into this world! I enjoyed this listen and third installment!

This was my first time listening to Alexander Cendese and he was so great! Savannah Peachwood is one of my favorite narrators and it was awesome to listen to her once again! I truly enjoyed what both of these narrators brought to this story as Lincoln and Cassidy!

Lincoln and Cassidy's journey was quick to get my attention right from their very first meeting! I really liked how i wasn't sure what all to expect in their story and getting to dig deeper with them. I so enjoyed the chemistry between these two as well!

With Straight Up, Ms.Ferrell has created such a good story! I'm so looking forward to picking up the other installment in this series that i haven't yet which is Shaken! I also can't wait to listen to more of Alexander Cendese's and Savannah Peachwood's narration soon!

don't judge a person by what they have done

I love Cassidy and Lincoln together the back and forth teasing that leads to the amazing and supportive love they share is swoon worthy.

Addictive series!

Another great book in this series! I’m totally devouring this series & loving every single minute of this audio!

Male narrator takes away from…

Male narrator takes away from the story. He sounds like he’s on helium. I couldn’t even get through chapter 5 on audio… I switched to kindle version to finish the story.

Entertaining!

This is the third book in the Twisted Fox series. This is a series of interconnected stories. Lincoln and Cassidy's story is entertaining, passionate, and engaging. Lincoln is very handsome and protective. Cassidy is such a wonderful character, sunshine, smart, and brave. I liked the characters, the family ties, and the captivating story. Alexander Cendese and Savannah Peachwood did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Chaser, the next book in the series. I highly recommend this series.
