great introduction to SPD
great book and introduction to skin picking disorder though it was very short which was slightly disappointing but still give full stars because it clearly explains the emotional difficulty and shame knew experiences with this disorder. The steps in how to stop are a little vague but I would recommend this for anyone ok us just coming to terms with the condition or. while wants to explain to the people closest to them even maybe a medical practitioner (because it's still new in it understanding to the medical field). the book opened me up to other books in the topic like Stop Picking On Me which is much more explanatory and goes into more depth. overall I would recommend this book as a start to your healing journey.
