Kos has always been a loyal and driven Drexian warrior, rising in the ranks to become first officer of the space station. He’s never spent much time with human women, but how complicated could they be? When he rescues Hope from the pirates, he figures the hard part is over. Now, he only has to get her back to Drexian space and formalize his mating claim on her.

The accent

Love the book and most of the narration was good but the accent was so bad to the point of distraction.

The Australian accent 🙄

I literally had to skip the Australian heroine's conversations a few times. it was horrible.
The story line is good!

Selfish female

So overall the book was good. Nice story line but Hope. Lord i would of open the hatch and push her right out in the middle of space. She was selfish, and very very stupid. Like really who takes over a spaceship and tie down the pilot. Thats when I first knew I wouldn't like her.

He deserved better!

All of the women are a bit off but I really wished he would have decided to reject her. She was annoying and not worth all the trouble she caused.

Good story OK narrator

I always enjoy Tana Stone stories and usually I enjoy Jodie Bentley as a narrator, but I did NOT enjoy her fake Australian accent in this story, it made the story hard to listen to and the female character a bit unlikable.
