I like this book.

I have mixed feelings about the toolkit and exercises and questions throughout the book. A few of them were insightful or helpful and emphasize a point or made me think of something in a new way.

Great Information!

I bought this on the audible version and I definitely appreciate the hardback version more. It's obviously designed for day-to-day listening and has a very handy ribbon/bookmark attached to it.

What I love about The Daily Stoic is that it is not only a book, but a daily road map to help one live a virtuos life on a daily basis. Do yourself a favor ASAP and purchase this book. It will change your life.

I love the philosophy of the stoics. I appreciate the discipline of the mentality and I am trying to adopt the way of thinking.
