This is an astounding audiobook. It gives a reasonable clarification of the Stoic way of thinking and the handy activities are a decent instrument to develop strength and a normal way to deal with face life afflictions and ideas for getting success!

Excellent content

This is a very good introduction to Stoicism, with a good mix of direct quotes and explanations. There are a few typos and editing miscues, but the overall content is still solid.
