The book presents a clear long term vision for owning stocks and other securities while avoiding the tricks, gimmicks, and "too good to be true" strategies that plague other books about securities.

Great introduction

This book is a great place to start for investing. It is full of Insightful tips and strategies in order to begin investing.

I recommend this book

This was a great book to take my first step into learning about investing. The book was thorough in the fundamentals of investments such as stock market terminology and ratio meaning and how to use those ratios to make a decision.

This was a good introduction into stock market investing. There was a lot of information and it was explained well. I enjoyed it and learned some things. If you are new to investing this is a good starting point. The narration was good as well. I recommended this to my father-in-law. He liked it as well and gained value from it.

Disclaimer: I've been listening at 2x speed for so long anything else sounds like slow motion. My enjoyment of the narrator is based on my listening speed. I only leave 5 stars for books I've listened to multiple times.

This book explains easy to understand steps and knowledge for beginning investors from researching, selecting, analyzing stocks and also keeping abreast of your stocks after investing.

Very Helpful Guide

Really enjoyed this well written primer on investments. I am sure it will take me some time to become a confident investor, but this book provided a thorough overview of the investment landscape and how to find your own path. Concepts are clearly explained, and the author is being explicit about which topics are covered lightly and need further listening.
