Publisher's Summary

I'll be there. Through thick and thin. Ride or die. You can count on me.

The promises people make. The vows we take. Assumptions of the heart. Emotion tells us how we feel, but life...life has a way of plunging us in boiling water, burning away our illusions, testing our faith, trying our convictions. Love floating is a butterfly, but love tested is an anchor.

For Grip and Bristol, love started at the top of the world on a Ferris wheel under the stars, but when that love is tested, will they fly or fall?

Awe-Inspiring and Unforgettable story

This Narrative is PERFECT!

This is one of the best stories I've ever experienced. It's beyond beautiful. The characters are soo unbelievably amazing. This series  has a power couple! I cannot think of another book that has that (not like Bristol and Grip).

In my review of GRIP I said I couldn't possibly love Grip(Marlon) more.. I was proven wrong. My heart grew to make room for MORE love for Grip and Bristol. I love them both #relationshipgoals

This story was Real as real can be. With life challenges, decisions and choices. With a LOVE that is sublime, profound, unyielding and boundless. So many different topics that our society must deal with and unfortunately at times go undealt with left behind as if ignored they can go away. The author has done an amazing job presenting these topics and not once did I feel I was being told to feel a certain way. Both pov's regarding the issues were presented. It was not one sided.
Many many words that reached my heart and will stay forever.
I'm trying to explain how much this story has touched me and left me in awe but I feel I'm failing at that.
Everyone NEEDS to experience this series.

There are many characters I loved but I instantly loved Mrs. O'Malley!
Mrs. James #mothergoals

More STARS needed for this story!!
I love this story (and this series) and I hope I translated that ❤

There were heavy feelings moments but there were also Fun Happy Laugh-out-Loud moments
~ Ignorance is a naturally occurring state. It’s not what you feel guilty about, it’s what you do something about. We are born not knowing, and our experiences feed us information. You limit your knowledge and understanding of not only your place in this world, but the place and plight of others by doing what you’ve always done and knowing only what you’ve always known. Position yourself socially and intellectually to know more, to understand beyond the scope of your experiences. That is how we evolve as individuals and as a society.” By Kennedy Ryan

Love, love, love!!

I've finished my journey with Grip and Bristol. I've never before felt so invested in two fictional people than I was with these two, through Flow and Grip, and now Still. I feel blessed to have "met" Grip and Bristol.

Life was not easy for either of them, and yet their capacity to love was endless. Love for each other, a brother, a cousin, a mother, and more. They are so real; so perfectly human and fragile and damaged and good. Grip and Bristol became real to me and I felt as though they were my friends. But they are far better than me. They want to change the world, and not from the sidelines. Their energy and drive is boundless.

I don't want to retell their story. I want you to discover these two beautiful souls for yourself. Step into their lives and feel everything they do. Live life for a while with them. Feel what the author intended, because theirs is no ordinary love story. It's a life story. It's a love that is beautiful, hard earned and truly tested. I felt as though these two characters touched me and I hope it is the same for you.

Grip and Bristol stayed with me after reading Grip. After reading Still, I feel lost and wrecked and yet healed. Some books are unforgettable and Still is one of those books for me. There are not enough stars to give this book its due. It is my favorite of 2017. ❤️📚❤️

Thank you Kennedy Ryan for sharing these wonderful people with us, for opening our minds to the injustices that occur everyday and to those who want to make a difference, to the joys, sadness, heartache, hope and all-consuming love that can be found in a relationship, and for sharing so much of yourself in each book of the Grip series.

This was an audio re-read of Still. As soon as I heard the audio was out I had to have it. The narrators were perfect and I got to go back and relive the good times and bad with Grip and Bristol. Wonderful story and storytelling by the narrators. Love love love!

this is the best audible book/series I've heard

Grip the best series that I have ever read and listened to. Kennedy Ryan has taken one of the most difficult and nuanced social issues and somehow used it as a backdrop for a romance novel. I tend to favor authors like LJ shen, Tijan and Kate Stewart because they write more emotionally involved books that make you think and feel deeply about the characters. however despite loving those three authors, this book and the other two books in the series are without a doubt my new favorites. I love how the characters were portrayed and the fact that their challenges had nothing to do with their profound and deep love for each other. these are characters that you generally want to see make it. Even in their lowest moments it was impossible not to love both Grip and Bristol. the narrators were also amazing. I love books narrated by Zachary Weber and Jacob morgan. however, this narrator is also one of my new favorites. this is also the first time I've listened to a book and actually really liked the female narrators portrayal of the male character. this series makes me want to redo previous ratings of other books because it elevates my standards. Absolutely loved it.

A Fantastic Audio Conclusion To A Wonderful Series!

I can't say how happy I was to here Kennedy was finally completing the GRIP series in audio by doing STILL. The narrators for this series were wonderful and brought all the complex emotions of these characters and their story to life.

Jacobi voice went straight to my heart

loved, loved, loved
adored, adored, adored
worshipped, awed, amazed.
Kennedy is a social commentator and the reason I read books.
Kennedy is the reason I read books. She churns out socially relevant stories that force t0you to open your eyes to disparities and injustices around you.
The background is the inhumane treatment of people of colour with racism and bigotry dancing devilishly naked around the.
In th foreground isobviously the controversial bi-racial couple Grip & his Bristol. Their marriage goes through excruciating disaster, one that shouldn't be wished upon your worst enemy. Their love, unconditional loyalty and support is the only straw that's holding the camel's back.
I always come out enriched and educated after a ing read ms Ryan's words and this one isn't any different.
The irony is this book was written years ago, but speaks to current socio-political situation so poignantly, it shows that nothing has changed and no one has learned the lesson.
Keep writing Kennedy, one day this too shall pass.

OUT OF THIS WORLD!!

OUT OF THIS WORLD!!

This is hands down the most relevant romance book that should be read by all. Honestly I have so many emotions from this book I don't even know where to begin this review. This series is now THE BEST I’ve read all year. Kennedy Ryan does such a great job at telling the story of Bristol Gray (Bris), who’s white, and Marlon James (Grip), who’s black, in such a lyrical and mesmerizing way, I’m just in awe at how amazing this story and series is. It seriously brings me to tears how much I love it. There wasn't anything that I didn't love about this book. I don't understand anyone who thinks this book is anything lower than a 4 star read. It’s relevant, easy to read, real, great pacing, beautiful writing and a breathtaking story about two people who truly love one another.

Another out of this world read. I have to give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Nice story towards the end....

It took me a little while to really get into the story as I got over exhausted with Bristal's racial insecurities. It seemed like it took awhile to get past that before you got into the just of what the story was really about. I would have thought with them being an interracial couple and taking 8 years to develop their relationship... her insecurities wouldn't have been so prominent.

Once-in-a lifetime love

Still is the heartbreaking and beautiful conclusion to Grip and Bristol's trilogy, I am obsessed with these characters and their once-in-a lifetime love story, It was an amazing journey that I didn't want to end.

Jacobi Diem & Maxine Mitchell's narration made my heart happy!
