Wonderful story, wonderful narrator

Loved this book. Been a while since I found a book that I was reluctant to finish because I didn’t want it to end! Wish there would be sequels to this… With the same narrator…hint hint Ms. Kate Forster :-)

Definitely a feel good book

Loved the resilience of women sticking together and men who loved them for it. There is evil in this world. Some do not have the power to overcome it til they are older. But when they do a whole new life can emerge. Enjoyed it.

A real Feel Good Book!

I really enjoyed this book! I listen to several books at a time, switching back and forth between them. This one became the one I finished the fastest because I liked it so much! The characters are well defined and the story is engaging! The narrator/performer did a great job and it was a pleasure just to listen to her voice.

This was a quaint story, filled with magic and love and healing. I loved every minute of it.

Lovely sweet story

This way quite a new angle for a romance novel. It felt quite realistic although as usual the hero is over the top gorgeous and the heroine overly caring.
Despite that I did enjoy the listen and intertwined stories.

A Nice Story

This is a nice story and one that keeps the listener engaged the whole time. I loved the characters and the rural setting. The only thing that I found off putting was the editing. It was clearly recorded over several different sessions with different settings or a different studio used. The quality and volume of the narrator changes at regular intervals and it quite annoying when listening on good speakers in a quiet environment.

Other than that, this is a well narrated, well written book and was very enjoyable. I have listened to two novels by this author now, and will be listening to more in the future.
